Young women across the nation now practice an Amazonian strategy of detachment, deleting dating applications and posting declarations of being boy sober while gathering exclusively with female companions. They name the offenders as child-men who refuse to mature and as predators who exploit body and affection alike. The pattern is no isolated mood but a deliberate cultural turn that severs the natural pairing ordained for household formation.
This turn violates the patriarchal-monarchist architecture of stable peoples, in which fatherhood and ordered authority within the household reflect the divine hierarchy of creation itself. The Puritans understood covenant households as the basic unit of commonwealth life under God’s sovereignty, not optional arrangements for personal fulfillment. Any strategy that treats men as an inherent liability attacks the architecture of the City of God in time.
The faithful remnant must therefore reject the Amazonian trap outright. Young women are summoned to recover the older pattern of discerning and binding themselves to men who bear responsibility rather than perpetual adolescence. Households ordered by covenant, not by therapeutic autonomy, remain the only durable defense against demographic winter and cultural dissolution.
Those who persist in the fantasy of female self-sufficiency will discover that the child-men they despise are the predictable product of the same anti-patriarchal regime that trained both sexes to despise authority. The judgment is already visible in collapsing birth rates and the lonely brunches that replace generational succession. Restoration begins when the remnant restores the household as the primary theater of obedience to the doctrines of grace and the law of nature.
