German Court Shields Iraqi Predator from Deportation in Defiance of National Order

In May 2026 the Schleswig-Holstein Administrative Court restored refugee status to nineteen-year-old Ahmad J., an Iraqi repeat offender convicted of theft, aggravated assault, extortionate kidnapping, and sexual relations with two female prison guards. The ruling overturned the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees revocation and ordered the German state to pay his legal costs.

The Schleswig-Holstein Administrative Court has once again placed the claims of a foreign criminal above the safety and continuity of the German people. Ahmad J., who arrived during the 2015 migrant surge and received protection in 2017, stands convicted of multiple violent offenses yet retains the legal shield that blocks his removal to Iraq.

This decision follows the same pattern that began when Chancellor Merkel opened the gates in 2015, inviting a new wave of unassimilated young men into a nation already weary from decades of demographic attrition. The court treated the offender’s sexual misconduct inside prison not as grounds for expulsion but as irrelevant to his protected status.

Behind the ruling stands the managerial priesthood of post-war European institutions, which long ago subordinated the ancient right of nations to define their own peoples to an abstract humanitarian code detached from covenant or inheritance. Such courts now function as instruments of dispossession, converting the ancient Christian duty to show mercy into a weapon against the very societies that once upheld it.

Scripture and the consensus of the undivided Church affirm that civil authority exists to punish evildoers and preserve the inheritance of a people under God. When judges nullify deportation orders against habitual criminals, they invert the order of creation and invite the collapse that historically followed the loss of border discipline in Christendom.

The Augustinian distinction between the City of God and the earthly city requires the latter to maintain its walls if it is to serve any higher purpose. A nation that cannot expel those who prey upon its daughters and its guards has surrendered the most basic condition of ordered liberty.

Germany’s administrative class has chosen to multiply the number of protected foreign offenders rather than restore the demographic and legal integrity its ancestors defended at Tours and Vienna. The faithful remnant must therefore cease petitioning these courts and begin constructing parallel structures of national defense that place the survival of European peoples above alien legal claims.

Every further concession to men such as Ahmad J. accelerates the replacement of the historic German nation with a population that owes no allegiance to its laws, its faith, or its dead. The time for legal appeals within the existing regime has passed; only direct political action to reclaim sovereignty remains.
