The Department of Education stands ready to enforce compliance after years of warnings, yet states continue shielding districts that alter a child's name, pronouns, and body without the consent of the household that bore and raised him.

These schools operate as outposts of the Managerial Priesthood, treating the covenant family as an obstacle rather than the rightful steward of the child under God.

Such concealment violates the created order in which fathers and mothers hold primary authority over their offspring, an order affirmed from the patristic witness through the Puritan insistence on covenant households.

The Reformed tradition anchored education within the family and church long before the modern state seized the classroom; the present subversion of that inheritance by administrative fiat repeats the error of every regime that elevated itself above the natural and divine law of parental rule.

When taxpayer resources sustain institutions that secretly recruit children into sterility and confusion, the state ceases to act as protector and becomes the Dispossessor of the next generation.

The governing principle remains unchanged since the days of the undivided Church: no earthly power may sever the bond between parent and child without committing an act of usurpation that Scripture and the ancient creeds alike condemn.

Therefore the Department must withhold every dollar from districts that persist in this practice, restoring the economic pressure that alone compels bureaucratic retreat.

The Faithful Remnant must in turn withdraw their children from these captured institutions and rebuild schools under household and confessional oversight, refusing to finance their own dispossession.
