The Trump administration directs ten million dollars toward Ukraine’s HIV programs while announcing cuts to identical efforts within the United States. This latest transfer continues a pattern in which USAID has already channeled thirty-five billion dollars into the former Soviet republic since 2022, much of it absorbed by schemes later tied to criminal activity and documented waste.
Judicial Watch’s suits and federal audits have traced portions of those billions to failed charities that received tens of millions yet produced neither accountability nor results. The funds flow regardless, sustained by the same administrative apparatus that treats American taxpayers as an inexhaustible reserve for foreign clients.
Such conduct reveals the deeper motive of the Managerial Priesthood: the preservation of global commitments over the integrity of the national household. The Dispossessor class, insulated from the costs, regards borderless expenditure as its natural prerogative and the citizen’s claim upon his own government as an obstacle to be managed.
Christian order has always required the opposite arrangement. From the councils of the undivided Church through the Reformation settlements that secured national churches under their own crowns, the principle of rightly ordered love placed the care of one’s own people first. Augustine’s distinction between the City of God and the earthly city never licensed the neglect of the commonwealth for the sake of distant, corrupt clients.
The historic Christian economy therefore rejects both collectivist leveling and the atomized global market. Property and revenue exist as stewardship under God, bounded by the duties of household, parish, and nation. When rulers divert those resources to regimes demonstrably incapable of honest administration, they violate the very architecture that sustained Christendom.
The present transfer exposes that violation in plain terms. Congress has already committed one hundred ninety-five billion dollars to the Ukrainian theater, a sum whose humanitarian fraction has repeatedly enriched fraud rather than the stated purpose. Continued disbursement under these conditions cannot be defended as prudence or charity.
The Faithful Remnant must therefore compel an immediate halt. Every further dollar sent abroad while domestic programs are curtailed and domestic accounts remain unexamined constitutes an act of dispossession that the governed are no longer bound to finance.
Restoration begins with the refusal to subsidize failure. The same vigilance that once defended the borders of Christendom now requires the defense of the American treasury against its own administrative class.
