President Zelensky has broadcast that Russia intends to receive another thirty thousand North Korean troops and accompanying launchers, with staging areas prepared since June. His announcement arrives after earlier waves of Hermit Kingdom soldiers entered the field and after foreign minister Choe Son Hui secured renewed pledges of support in Moscow.

The pattern is clear: a regime sustained by Western arms and counsel now imports manpower from the last closed totalitarian state to prolong a grinding war on its own soil. Both sides have become clients of distant powers whose interests lie far from the villages and households of either nation.

Christendom once settled such contests through the Peace of Westphalia, when princes and peoples agreed that authority over territory must rest with those who bear its name and defend its borders. That settlement recognized the moral order of distinct realms under God rather than perpetual rotation of foreign levies.

The present conflict violates that order at every turn. Supranational interests treat the Ukrainian and Russian peoples as expendable instruments in a larger contest for global leverage, while sanctions regimes drive the sanctioned state into alliance with another pariah power.

National sovereignty is not an abstract ideal; it is the concrete duty of rulers to preserve the lives, lands, and inheritance of their own before all others. When a government instead auctions its defense to the highest bidder or the nearest despot, it dissolves the covenant that binds a people to its place.

The faithful remnant therefore sees the same ancient contest replayed: the City of Man demands endless mobilization and imported blood while the City of God calls every household to ordered stewardship of its own inheritance. No external ledger of justice or territorial integrity can override that prior obligation.

Those who still bear the name of their fathers must therefore refuse every demand that their sons and substance serve campaigns whose architects answer to no electorate and no altar. The only defensible posture is the recovery of borders, the refusal of foreign levies, and the restoration of national authority under the law of God.
