Trump Mandate Upheld: States May Now Guard the Franchise

The Supreme Court has ruled 6-3 that state officials may deploy the modified Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program to confirm the citizenship of those already registered to vote. This decision directly confronts the long practice of allowing foreign nationals to remain on the rolls and exercise influence over the laws of the Republic.

The Supreme Court has delivered a 6-3 ruling that authorizes state officials to employ the modified Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program in order to verify the citizenship status of registered voters. The decision removes a layer of obstruction that administrative agencies and activist courts had erected to shield non-citizen participation in elections.

Those who opposed the measure acted as agents of the Dispossessor class, seeking to expand the electorate beyond the historic American people and thereby dilute the political weight of citizens whose ancestors built and defended the nation. Their resistance reveals a deliberate strategy to transform the franchise into an instrument of demographic replacement rather than a privilege reserved to members of the body politic.

A nation cannot endure when its most consequential civic act, the selection of rulers, is opened to those who owe no permanent allegiance to its laws, its soil, or its founding stock. Scripture records that ancient Israel maintained strict distinctions between the covenant people and sojourners, while the Christian tradition from the patristic era through the high Middle Ages consistently treated political membership as ordered and bounded rather than universal.

The American republic inherited this inheritance. At its founding and for most of its subsequent history, the right to vote was understood as an attribute of citizenship secured by birth or lawful naturalization, not a commodity extended to every resident within the borders. The present ruling returns a measure of that original constitutional discipline.

By permitting the SAVE program to operate without prior judicial hindrance, the Court has vindicated the principle that sovereignty resides in a defined people and cannot be exercised by outsiders without the consent of that people. This principle stands against both the managerial priesthood that prefers administrative expansion over national integrity and the globalist project that treats borders as obsolete fictions.

The judgment now falls upon state executives and legislatures. They must apply the verification authority without delay or dilution, removing non-citizens from the rolls and instituting ongoing safeguards that prevent future infiltration. Anything less converts the Court's permission into another empty precedent.

The Faithful Remnant must therefore press every governor and secretary of state to implement the program at once, support candidates who treat electoral integrity as non-negotiable, and refuse cooperation with any federal or private entity that continues to shield foreign participation in American elections. The survival of ordered liberty depends upon it.
