The American Academy of Pediatrics and its allied boards continue to threaten and discipline physicians who question the experimental regime of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors. This enforcement persists even after the Cass Review in Britain, the restrictions in Sweden and Finland, and the growing recognition that the practice constitutes the medicalization of a social contagion.
The hostile actor is not individual error but institutional capture: the Managerial Priesthood of medicine, installed during the decade when activist organizations seized accreditation standards and continuing-education requirements. These priests demand that doctors affirm an inner identity at war with observable sex, or else face loss of license and livelihood.
Such coercion violates the governing principle that the human body possesses objective reality given by the Creator, not assigned by feeling or committee. The undivided Church confessed this order in the Nicene Creed when it proclaimed God the maker of all things visible and invisible; the Puritans and Reformed further insisted that household and vocation must conform to that same created structure rather than human invention.
Western Christendom once bound the practice of medicine to the Hippocratic oath and the natural law tradition descending from patristic and scholastic sources. The current regime of affirmation medicine severs that inheritance, replacing the distinction between health and disease with ideological loyalty to the City of Man.
The consequence is already visible: a generation of sterilized and mutilated youth now enters adulthood bearing the irreversible marks of a medical priesthood that chose power over truth. Parents who resisted were labeled extremists; doctors who dissented were driven from the guild.
The faithful remnant must therefore withdraw cooperation from these captured boards and build parallel structures of credentialing and care that honor the immutable difference between male and female. Households must refuse any practitioner who treats sex as fluid and must instead seek physicians willing to uphold the architecture of creation.
Every suppression of dissent now serves only to accelerate the exposure of the lie. The Gender Fever is breaking; the institutions that prolonged it stand indicted by their own records.
