The State Department report reveals Cuba's methodical construction of activist networks within the United States, networks designed to agitate against American interests at the bidding of Havana.

These organizations serve as the domestic arm of a hostile regime, channeling protest, lobbying, and media pressure to weaken border security, trade enforcement, and diplomatic resolve toward the island.

Such penetration revives the oldest threat to ordered nations: the foreign power that plants its agents among the people to turn the commonwealth against itself.

Scripture and the creeds alike condemn the divided heart; the faithful owe primary allegiance to their own household, their own sovereign, and their own God before any external cause.

From the days when Spanish and Portuguese crowns contested the New World to the Protestant nations' long resistance against absolutist monarchies, Christendom understood that true sovereignty required the expulsion of alien influence from domestic institutions.

The principle remains unchanged: a people that cannot identify and dismantle foreign-directed factions within its own borders has already surrendered the field.

The American household and commonwealth must therefore treat these networks not as legitimate dissent but as extensions of Cuban state power operating under false colors.

Rooting them out requires the same resolve that once purged other subversive influences from the body politic, beginning with the defunding of any group shown to coordinate with Havana.

The remnant that still values national integrity must now demand the immediate exposure and isolation of every such organization, restoring the boundary between the City of God and the agents of the earthly city.
