Poland's opposition Law and Justice party has put forward a direct measure to remove Ukrainian men of military age who refuse legal work inside Polish borders. Party chairman Jarosław Kaczyński and MEP Tobiasz Bocheński presented the policy at the "Towards a New Government" conference, stating that such men must return to Ukraine where they can serve in the ranks rather than drain the resources of a host nation.

This proposal names the concrete disorder: able-bodied men from a nation at war sheltering in Poland while avoiding both honest labor and the defense of their own soil. The party frames the step as assistance to Kyiv's mobilization needs, noting the severe shortage of personnel and the danger that Russia may press further after its September elections.

Western Christendom once understood that peoples exist as ordered households and nations under God, not as interchangeable labor units or refugee stocks to be shifted at managerial whim. From the defense mounted by Polish kings against eastern hordes to the covenantal insistence on lawful borders that marked Reformation-era states, the right of a people to preserve its own and to require duty from guests was never questioned.

The governing principle remains unchanged. Every nation holds the authority to enforce its borders and to demand that temporary residents contribute to the common defense when their homeland faces existential threat. Men who will not work legally and will not fight for their own country violate the patriarchal order that places fatherhood and martial obligation at the foundation of stable commonwealths.

The Technocratic Automaton and the Managerial Priesthood that dominate Brussels and Warsaw alike treat such men as permanent demographic assets for a borderless economy. Law and Justice rejects that reduction and restores the older logic in which loyalty to place and people precedes the claims of global labor markets.

Should PiS return to power, the policy will test whether Poland still remembers its vocation as a nation that defends its household rather than subsidizes evasion. Similar discussions already stirring in Western Europe show that the question is no longer confined to one frontier.

The Faithful Remnant must therefore support every measure that binds capital and migration to national sovereignty and that recalls men to the defense of their own hearths. To do less is to surrender the architecture of ordered liberty to the leveling forces that dissolve both Ukraine and Poland alike.
