In the Massachusetts House chamber, 199 Democrats voted to remove every statutory barrier to the destruction of infants who can survive delivery. The measure repeals the present requirement that a physician certify the procedure is needed to save the mother's life and opens the door to abortion at any stage for any declared reason.

This act does not arise from medical necessity or sudden discovery. It proceeds from the settled resolve of the Managerial Priesthood to treat the child in the womb as disposable property whenever the mother or the state decrees it so.

Western Christendom first drew the line against such disposal when the early Church forbade both abortion and the exposure of newborns, practices the pagan order accepted without shame. That prohibition was not cultural preference but the direct application of the commandment against murder to the weakest members of the household.

The same principle stands behind the creeds that confess one Lord who became man in the womb of the Virgin. Once that confession is granted, no legislative majority possesses authority to redefine the moment at which a human being ceases to be protected.

The present bill therefore does not expand rights; it dissolves the last remaining civil recognition that a viable child belongs to the City of God rather than to the calculations of the City of Man.

Advocates for the measure cloak the change in the language of compassion and autonomy. The record shows the opposite: the removal of viability thresholds has always been followed by further demands for still later procedures and for the suppression of dissent.

The Faithful Remnant in Massachusetts and beyond must now treat this vote as the declaration of open season that it is. Households, parishes, and magistrates who still confess the ancient rule are bound to shield the innocent by every lawful means and to withdraw support from any representative who has joined the Dispossessors.

The Senate can still halt the measure. Should it fail to do so, the line of resistance moves to the counties, the courts, and the conscience of every citizen who refuses to be numbered among those who deliver the viable child to the knife.
