A Long Island judge released an illegal immigrant with a prior deportation on his fourth conviction for driving while intoxicated, allowing the man to walk from the courtroom unhindered. ICE officials stated plainly that such an offender should never have been cut loose to endanger the public again.
The act reveals the judge as a borderless magistrate who places the claims of the alien above the safety of the household and the integrity of the nation. This pattern repeats across American courts where magistrates treat enforcement of immigration law as optional rather than obligatory.
Christendom once understood that ordered realms defend their borders as a matter of natural law and divine command. From the Code of Justinian through the medieval kingdoms, rulers expelled threats and maintained the distinction between citizen and stranger under God.
Scripture establishes the same principle: nations are to guard their inheritance, and magistrates bear the sword to punish evildoers rather than release them. The fifth DWI or fatal crash that follows this release will trace directly to the judge's refusal to honor that duty.
The governing principle remains unchanged across centuries. A people that cannot remove those who repeatedly violate its laws and its soil has surrendered the right to exist as a distinct nation under heaven.
The faithful remnant must therefore treat judicial surrender as an active betrayal of the realm. They must demand the removal of such magistrates, the swift deportation of repeat offenders, and the reassertion of national sovereignty as a Christian obligation rather than a policy preference.
Only when borders are restored and lawless judges are restrained will the household once again stand secure within its own inheritance.
