Between October 4 and 10, ICE agents seized 131 gang-affiliated illegal aliens, among them 22 MS-13 operatives and 13 Tren de Aragua fighters. These arrests form part of a sustained campaign that has already removed more than twelve thousand such threats since the restoration of executive authority in 2025.
The Dispossessors who crossed the southern frontier under previous regimes brought with them the disciplined terror of Salvadoran and Venezuelan prison syndicates. Their presence dissolved neighborhood order, preyed upon the vulnerable, and mocked the very concept of a defended people.
From the Peace of Westphalia in 1648 onward, the Christian nations of the West recognized that distinct peoples possess both the duty and the right to maintain the integrity of their borders. Scripture itself declares that the Lord has appointed the bounds of habitation for every nation, a principle the undivided Church never contested.
Modern managerial regimes deliberately dissolved those bounds, treating the household economies of the American people as interchangeable labor markets and their communities as experimental zones for imported criminality. The result was the steady transfer of safety from citizen to stranger.
By contrast, the present enforcement restores the patriarchal order of the commonwealth: the fatherland defends its own before it extends charity to the stranger. Law and Gospel remain distinct; the civil sword executes justice while the Church proclaims mercy.
These operations therefore vindicate the historic Christian understanding that sovereignty is stewardship, not an optional policy preference. Every arrest severs one more artery of the cartels that once operated with impunity inside the republic.
The faithful remnant must now press the advantage. They must demand permanent statutory walls, interior enforcement that reaches every sanctuary jurisdiction, and the deportation of every criminal alien already identified. Anything less invites the return of the Dispossessors.
The City of God endures only where earthly cities retain the courage to govern their own thresholds. The present moment offers a narrow window to reclaim that courage before the next wave arrives.
