Sara Gonzales confronted Indian national Nagarjuna Reddy Sakam over the fraudulent operation of Great America Technologies and its H-1B practices. The exchange turned contentious when Sakam threatened legal action. Four months later a former employee revealed months of withheld wages, thousands in improper fees, and the deliberate retention of the I-797 form that left him unable to secure his legal status or return home.
The worker described how delayed pay prevented him from covering his father's medical needs in India. He stated plainly that sufficient funds would have kept his father alive. Sakam, acting as the calculating Dispossessor, converted a visa program into an instrument of control over foreign labor while evading the protections the law supposedly provides.
Such conduct does not arise in isolation. It follows the logic of an immigration regime that severs labor from household accountability and treats workers as interchangeable units rather than men bound by covenant and blood. The same pattern appeared when Christendom dissolved the protective guilds of the late medieval order and opened the door to the first great waves of rootless capital.
Scripture condemns the withholding of wages and the oppression of the sojourner. Nations are charged to order their economies so that honest labor sustains families rather than enriching those who treat borders as loopholes. The H-1B program, stripped of rigorous enforcement, becomes a conduit for exactly this disorder.
The exposure did not originate in federal investigation or corporate self-correction. It came through the direct witness of one woman who refused to accept the regime's narrative of managed decline. The former employee risked further retaliation by speaking because the alternative had already cost him his father.
Every nation that wishes to remain a people rather than a labor market must close the avenues Sakam exploited. That requires ending the fiction that temporary visas serve the historic American nation when they demonstrably serve the interests of the Dispossessor class.
The faithful remnant therefore demands the immediate tightening of all guest-worker programs to genuine shortages under household-level scrutiny. It demands restitution for those defrauded and permanent removal of the operators who treat the visa system as a private fiefdom.
