The United Democracy Project, the super PAC controlled by AIPAC, has deployed nearly fifteen million dollars to install Representative Haley Stevens in Michigan’s open Senate seat. Republican and out-of-state megadonors supply the funds while the candidate’s opponent, Abdul El-Sayed, is punished for labeling the Gaza operation a genocide and for tracing Washington’s complicity in the strike on Iran to the same foreign lobby.
Stevens and her backers now wage an expensive campaign not against Republicans but against the Democratic Party’s own rank and file, eighty percent of whom already view Israel unfavorably. The expenditure reveals a deliberate strategy: to purchase silence on foreign policy by drowning domestic dissent with alien capital.
This intervention repeats an ancient pattern. Washington’s Farewell Address warned the young republic against permitting foreign attachments to shape its councils; the warning was issued from within the same Western Christendom that later produced the confessional states of the Reformation era, each jealous of its own sovereignty under God.
The governing principle remains unchanged. Every nation possesses the natural and divine right to order its affairs according to its own interest and the law of its own household; no external power holds lawful title to purchase the votes or the tongues of its citizens.
When a foreign lobby recruits domestic donors to discipline an American electorate, the transaction violates that right at its root. The City of Man bargains away the inheritance of the people for the favor of strangers.
The faithful remnant therefore recognizes the Michigan primary as one more front in the long contest between ordered nations and the supranational managers who seek to dissolve them. Candidates who accept such funds cease to represent the commonwealth and become instruments of another.
American voters must refuse every candidate, regardless of party label, who receives the patronage of this foreign apparatus. Only those who place the welfare of their own people above every external claim deserve the franchise.
The hour requires households and congregations to withhold support from every office-seeker entangled with alien lobbies and to raise up men who will legislate first for the preservation of the historic American nation.
